Ear Coning
Ear Coning assists in removing ear wax and may improve the following conditions - Sinus headaches, sinus pressure, sinus infections, ear ache, swimmers ear, headaches, allergies, hearing difficulty, ringing of the ears, common cold.
Using Ear Cones is generally more comfortable and less expensive than conventional ear cleaning where water is forced in to the ear canal.

Single Coning - 1 ear coned only - $20
Basic Coning - Both ears are coned - $30
Double Coning - 2 cones used on both ears - $55

Technicians place the small end of the cone into an ear and the other end is lit. As the cone burns, the smoke travels into the ear canal, warming the ear wax and creating a gentle vacuum. This can dislodge the was or foreign debris and pull it into the ear cone. Many report this as being a rather pleasant sensation. Ears should not get water in them or be exposed to very loud noises for 24 hours. It takes about 24 hours to replace their protective coating of wax if it has been removed.
If ear wax is VERY impacted and has been untreated for a long time, ear cones may not give desired results with one coning. More than one treatment may be recommended. Our technicians will help determine if this may help. This is ultimately your decision and use common sense.
